Hello. I have a level in a course that says I am 96% of the way finishing it with 31/32 words, even though I have finished learning all the words. This problem only exists on my computer, because on my phone it’s fine and says 32/32. How do I fix this? Thanks
I had this problem before as have many others. Usually it is an empty entry in the database for the course. If this is the problem the owner of the course or a contributor has to go through the main database for the course (not just the level), find he errant entry, and delete it. If it is not your course the fastest way to get this done would be to post a request in the course forum. One can also ask the owner or a contributor to add you as a contributor and then do it yourself.
If you wait for Memrise to do it it will probably take them months to figure out what I just told you. It did when I tried it.
