Learn with locals - They are not seen anymore!

Hello! Im a premium user of this app for 45 days and Im using it 5 hours a day for learning german. I finished courses until german 6, but there is a bug that gives me cancer for 20 days. Whenever I press on a Learn with Locals button in a finished course, it works but no locals are coming! Instead of it something comes so similiar like classical review. I want to review with locals but I can not reach them…

I have downloaded these courses. To cure the problem I deleted my download but it didnt help either. The problem is happened in German 1
German 2
German 3
German 4
German 5
German 6 so far. I dont know about other courses. Im using iphone 7

Memrise has an FAQ that explains offline mode.
In one part it is written: “ Some features, such as Learn with Locals, are not available offline. To access these features, you will need an active Internet connection. ”

Hello Milamy I deactivated the download mode but the problem still happens. What should I do in this case
