I am using a Samsung Galaxy s6 and trying to learn the Mandarin Chinese 1 course. A bug that I am constantly facing is that in the learn with locals tests whenever I need to type the answer (see the attached screenshot) no matter what I type it seems like I did not type anything and the answer is always wrong.
I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but the problem is still there. Has anyone faced the same issue? Any suggestions?

I have the same bug. It appeared after last app upgrade. I study English and Spanish courses.

Same here. Happens with several courses and seems to be device-independent (here: Galaxy S8 + Huawei tablet).

All right, this is a problem from the last upadate. I recomend you to install an old version of memrise. How? Search in google … Memrise APK Latest versions. That’s all. 
Downgrading the app to the 2.94_6799 version did the trick for me, thanks.

Got it the latest version in French 2. Uninstall, clean out app caches, then reinstall worked.
