I have an issue with my course (it’s called Hiszpanski u Eli A1 (Pon 18:40) in case you can access it).
The issue is in my mobile app and it’s that The Learn New Words option is disabled although there are still new words to learn in a lesson.
In more detail:
I’m updating it regularily and adding new words/lessons every few days. At some point I finished the course and added new lessons after a few days. However from the main course view I have the “Learn new words” option disabled… greyed out just like for example Sound lessons (which is ok because my course has no sounds). However when I enter a particular lesson I can choose to learn new words from that lesson.
Until we have a proper fix for this bug, you can ‘resolve’ it as follows:
Clear the phone cache, duplicate a level + save, then delete it again + save, launch the app.

Having the same problem except with the website instead of the app. I can’t use “learn new words” on the account was created and my student cannot either. Duplicating the level fixes this but I thought I’d let you know that if I delete the second level the problem reoccurs. It seems to need both for some reason. Thanks for the workaround!
FYI, when @Joshua wrote that it should have worked, I cleared my cache on the phone and tried again. It wasn’t. What I did though was that I added a new level to that course yesterday. And to my surprise it started working properly again. I guess it’s a similar solution to what @Lien proposed earlier.
I had this problem again, “fixed it”, but I think I will have it again. The word count on my web account is 973/1239, which makes sense. However on my mobile app it’s about 1210/1239 and that is not correct as I have more than 200 words left to learn. I believe that this is my problem and once I do another 30 words my app will show 1240/1239 and it will disable “learn new words”. Now that I think of it, I had the same thing last time, but just didn’t realize it was happening.
