My Memrise screen is like this too, since this morning. About 5 days ago, the icon of the watering can was also this way, but lasted only a few hours, and returned to the old icon.
These icons are the same as the new design icons of the app being tested. Maybe Memrise is thinking about changing the icons on Memrise’s website?
