Learn" button for course with new items going to empty page

Someone messaged that my SGJG 08 - Remembering the Kanji + 2k1KO pt 2 course is acting weird. First, it didn’t let people access from the dashboard, instead having to go to the individual lessons to learn. Now it doesn’t even do that and clicking “learn” does nothing.

This problem is still persisting. Are there any solutions? I hate to think the only solution is I create a duplicate course.

Did you create levels automatically? Because that function is bugged.

I know that adding an item to each level and them removing it will fix it.

Hi Charles,

Levels which were created automatically were bugged, the fix for this was rolled out last week. However, the fix only affects newly created courses, old courses which still experiences this problem will need to be fixed manually by adding or removing words from each level.

@Piotr_Ziolo Automatically creating levels may be the cause of this. Here’s the problem. [image] A solution is to edit each individual level. Edit the level, add or remove a word, save the level, go back into the level, This will update the number of words inside the level. If you added a word, edit the level, remove the new word then save the level. [image]

Since the “automatic levels” was fixed, I’ll redo that and delete the older levels. I’ll also check other courses to confirm no issues. Thanks for the heads up.

Edit - Seems “duplicate lesson” then deleting the original works fine. However, adding a word then deleting it is also easy enough. Both are tedious, but not as much as making an entire new course. Thanks again for the help.
