Dear all, i have a brief question. I’m creating a course on Memrise. The aim of the course is to teach the Hebrew verb system to English speakers . I added two columns for the featurings that I would like to see visualized during the learning. The problem is that by the PC I can see both the labes, but by the app I can see just one of these. Is it possible to solve this problem, allowing to see the 2 labels also by the app. Thank you very much.
From users point as far as I know you can’t help it.
It would require a change to the app itself.
Hello,
I have the same problem on my Spanish courses. Two attribute columns display correctly on the PC but only one on the android app.
I have reported this in the past to memrise.
I have to keep the important information in the attribute that does display.
Hopefully this can be corrected in a future update.
Thank you very much guys. So, I think that I shall remove on of them until that Memrise will allow a new visualization.
You could make two different courses, one for web only that takes advantage of the extra capability, and one for the app.
Thank you cos…but I read that’s impossible duplicate any course and the course that I made is quite big…so I would need a lot of work that at the moment I can’t do…
It used to be possible to use the same database in a new course. I haven’t tried doing that yet but I know other people have done it. Anyone know if that’s still possible?
I’m not talking about the public language wikis we used to have direct access to and don’t anymore, I’m talking about the actual database used in a course.
I don’t use the app. so have no experience with the layout, but if only one extra column is shown - is there any way you can have all the information you want in one column instead of two?
You could ask Memrise to duplicate the course for you if that would help (they used to do such things but that was in the better old days), worst case you get ignored, best case you’ve a second course to adapt to the app. Having two courses would mean that any learning on one course wouldn’t transfer to the other one though.
