Just purchased pro, classic review loop

So I just purchased memrise for a year - and my first experience with pro is an infinite classic review loop. It happens on both my android phone and my android tablet on French 1-1, and I’m pretty much stuck. I’ve tried clearing cache and data for the app. Not a great first impression.

How do I break the loop?

I tried ignoring all the words in French 1-1. It still insists that I do classic review, but now throws the error “There was an error loading the session!”.

Unignore them and the infinite loop continues.

FROWN FACE.

I had to get refunded through Google Play.

My simple review is your fancy UI and “features” won’t retain subscribers when your core functionality is broken.

hello, I am new to this forum. I purchased the pro version in April and I have not seen any difference from the non pro version. i still cannot access the ‘learn with locals, chat bot and grammarbot’ features. do something about it

I checked your learning list and can only see community-created courses.

These features you cited are from official courses.
