Sorry if this is the wrong place to report this, but I am learning Japenese 3 with script on Android, and I have reached a point where I am no longer able to learn new words (error loading session). My guess is that perhaps the course is incomplete or that I have already completed it. I am at 286/642, but I don’t seem to be able to go any further, it just keeps on asking me to do speed reviews.
The problem is that level 19 can’t be completed. It consists of 15 words to learn, but only 13 are available. So every time the level is started, the error occurs.
When you select another level to learn manually, you can continue.

You said you are stopped at 286/642, which level is that in Japanese 3, please?

In the English course “Japanese 3” it is in level 17 “Peace Offering”, in the German course “Japanisch 3” in level 19 “Friedensangebot”

I have the same problem in the Japanese Course for Germans, Japanisch 3 at level 15, 259 / 641. Is there a solution?

There is nothing you are missing out in the course (meaning, there are no 2 items that are hidden from you), so no worries on that side.
