Japanese 2 not loading

Hi, I have a paid memrise account. I recently finished Japanese 1 but when moving onto 2 have encountered the following issue: I cannot select anything other than “words and phases”, and when this is selected a popup appears stating ‘Error, Sorry there was an error loading the session’. This problem persists regardless of whether I am connected to WiFi, or if I attempt to download the course.

Same thing happened to me. I see new lessons from memrise, but I would also like to continue this one.
