[Japanese 1 (without writing) - Lvl 2 to French] Wrong translation

Hello, I think I spotted an issue:

“Suzuki san wa tensai desu!” is translated to “Tu es un génie!” (“You are a genius!”) instead of “M. Suzuki est un génie !” (“M. Suzuki is a genius”).

So… in the Japanese Language people sometimes talk in third person

If i am talking to my friend whose name is “Suzuki”, I can say something like “Suzuki is a nice person” directly to Suzuki himself, and it would translate to “You are a nice person”

Maybe that is what they were implying (although you might be right, because context is sort of confusing)

I totally agree, I realized that they use the names much more than we do in French but I guess it’s an error as it’s an isolated case.
