Japanese 1 by Memrise Issue: Choushi wa dou and ちようしはどう

Hello!

I was going back and reviewing in the Japanese 1 course and came across a problem when it came to answering what “What’s Up?” was. One is answered with the romanji clearly spelling out each of the hiragana characters literally and one is answering with the romanji based on the sounds it seems. One is in lesson 1, the other is in lesson 7. It only really became an issue today when I tried to do a review and both of them were in the same batch of review questions, making it a 50/50 change of answering the right “What’s Up?” with the right answer form. This was made even more difficult when it came time to review my “difficult” words as they were the last two I had to go through and it was a guess each time.

Any way we can make it more clear how it wants us to answer or maybe remove one of them completely? Or am I just thick and missed something?

Just ignore the romaji one.

Yes, I suppose that’s a solution. Just thought I’d mention it here. Also from what Atikker said it looks like there are new courses I didn’t know about so I guess I’ll start on those instead of waiting for them to update the old ones.

I wasn’t aware of this, thank you. I’m almost done with the old Japanese 3 course and I’ve done 1 and 2 already, I just use them for practice. I guess I’ll start the new courses now and focus on those.
