Japanese 1-8 no sound

Hi,
This apps is very cool but i have no sound when i try to learn new words,
like しあわせです or かなしでいますetc. it s very hard to learn like that.
How can i fixe this ?

Hi, @chapinjohanna92! Which course are you talking about? A link to that course would be very nice. Maybe this course has no audio or smth wrong with setting.

Some user-created courses have no audio at all.

For memrise official courses there are special forum threads where you can ask questions and report errors

Problem either with App or phone. The sound is there.

Please could you let us know the following, so we can look into this:

  • Which course/level/items you don’t hear audio on
  • Which device you are using
  • Which OS version you are running
