Issues with buying memrise Pro

Tried to buy the memrise pro version when it gave me the discounted price but it said it couldn’t take my payment and to try again later. I then noticed the discount was no longer applied. I tried contacting support but none of the links work in the 2 places (the FAQ section and the Contact Us section) that i looked. Any advice on how to proceed?
