I’m interested in taking this course
“2,500+ Chinese Sentences (with audio)”
However, all items after level 1 & 2 are showing up as not-available. I’ve logged-in/logged out and cleared cache (OSX/FF) but still can’t study them. Items are listed as 0 and if I try the review button, it just refreshes the page.
Any ideas?
This issue looks like a bug rather than an issue with the course. @Joshua Can you please have a look?
So this one is an annoying bug, we’ve fixed it for all newly created courses however existing courses which were previously in the mist of this bug will still be affected.
@DrewSSP Could you please follow the steps in the following thread to manually fix this issue. Apologies for the annoyance, this problem was caused from an old bug with bulk upload.
I’ve applied the necessary fix. I’m not sure if it worked.
Joshua, I have no doubt about your strength as a programmer. However, I need to mention that I’m very unimpressed with being asked to undergo some tedious task to make up for the oversight of the programmers. As a programmer myself, I know that making mistakes is okay. Expecting an end user to make up for those mistakes is not. Thank you for the hard work you put into this product. Your efforts do not go unrecognized.
Thank your for manually fixing your course, this bug no longer exists when splitting your database into levels.
