Is there a way to pause a course?

Or what do you do once you’ve finished the course?

Take another one and keep reviewing it. If you’re currently not doing a course it already is “on pause”.

You can save the URL and delete it from dashboard. Then in a few months time come back and review the words.
If you have reviewed entries for some amount of time… they will come up again in every 180 days

you can restart a course

Deleting the course doesn’t erase your progress, so as Atikker said, you could remove it but save the course’s URL and then readd it later.

What you’re describing normally isn’t too much of an issue to me, because you can just only learn/review the courses that you’re currently interested in, and soon the courses that you’re not learning/reviewing will float to the bottom, since the courses are ordered by the last date that you’ve learned/reviewed something from them.

However, if you want to use the “review all” button, then it can be a pain. In that case, you could try set goals for the courses that you’re currently learning and then use the “with goals” filter.

Can you show me where I can find the “Review all” button? What does it do exactly?

Hmmm, looks like I was wrong about the “review all” button working for the “goals” filter. It looks like it only works for reviewing all of your courses at one time for one category.

Anyway, I’ve posted a screenshot below. If you go up to the top right and select a category (like “Simplified Chinese”) from the dropdown, then there should be a blue review button that appears next to the filter. Clicking this should let you review the words from all of the courses that are in that category.
