I wonder if I can add levels to my course without going to the top page each time to click the button “add a level”?

Not that I know of, but If it’s taking you a long time to go to the top of the page, you could use the shortcut Ctrl + Home to get to the top of the page and the shortcut Ctrl + End to get back to the bottom of the page
