I’ve downloaded courses to my iOS devices for offline use, however I am not able to find a thread on how I can do so on my Macbook (or PC, etc.) Is there a Memrise UI which is not web browser based? If there was a Mac/PC based UI, I am assuming an option to download for offline use would be included.

no, there is no such offline mode
that would require you to download the site itself… (which you can’t). They would have to make some sort of software (application) that lets you download it
You can try using anki instead if you want. I am pretty sure there is an offline mode for that and anki works very similar to memrise.
@HamWT You can install Android emulator software like Bluestacks (tested it on Windows).
I am not sure if there is software compatible for Mac.
There is more than one emulator software.
Within the emulator you can install Android apps.
So finally you can login within the app to Memrise, and download the course with the Pro subscription.
