I use Memrise via my old iPhone 5 (iOS 7.0), Safari (not memrise application), and till last days it was OK, but today the screen looks strange (see the attachement), I can’t see the whole web-page, I can’t move it left-right, really I can’t use it anymore. Please, fix this bug!
In web browser on iPhone I have the same problem. I use app for learning, however I wanted to check somrthing through web and this happened …
Stuff like this would happen a lot on my old Android phone (using Chrome).
You have 2 ways to solve this:
- “Request desktop site” which should be applicable on Safari by pressing and holding the refresh button.
- Download Chrome.
Thanks for the tip.
Chrome is actually doing the same stuff here , however it is perfectly fine in desktop version
Same here, on an iPhone 6 (iOS 10.3.2).
My display looks like @IrinaSmirnovad755 's screenshot, and is totally unusable.
Thanks to @RyouBakura for the workaround!
I need the web version on the go to fix errors in the courses that I teach, which is not possible using the iOS memrise app. Please fix! This issue is already a month old…
Somehow … when looking on Mempals - now it does not help to call for the desktop version.
Both desktop and mobil version in iOS are impossible tu use now :-
