IOS Issues

I just upgraded to Pro user and I am so disappointed. The course I download always fail with telling me to check my network connection which I am sure it’s fine. and the second is the audio is not functioning in IOS app while I can listen the audio when using web browser. I paid for more functions but turns out I can’t enjoy one of them.

anyone could provide me help ??? Thanks in advance.

If there is no way to fix these issue. I may consider refund which I don’t want to…

Go to Settings—> Learning and Sound Settings and set it up the way you want it. As for the other problem you can try logging out and logging back in. If that doesn’t work try deleting the app and downloading it again. Any progress made should be already automatically saved on the website, so no problem there. There have many posts concerning problems with syncing with downloaded courses, so I wouldn’t download any.

When you are somewhere with a good connection, try downloading the course.

Subsequently, your experience will be much better, when the comnection is poor.
