I got the “Sorry to interrupt…update payment info…Pro account…” email Oct 4 (on the day my Pro sub was due to end). I clicked on the hyperlink at the word “here” and on the new page submitted my credit card info, but received no confirmation, and have since then been at non-pro status. My $47 Pro renewal payment has showed up on my credit card, showing Memrise as the merchant, but info@memrise still claims it can find no record of my payment, despite several emails back and forth, including details of the completed transaction from my bank. Since info cannot help, can someone else help please? Thanks.
