In which programming languages are the Android-App and the Website written?
Python, HTML*, CSS*, JavaScript, Java**… after learning these you are going to have to learn about some useful libraries, like jQuery and Underscore it will make your work easier.
* Not a full-fledged programming language, but essential if you want to build one for yourself.
** Java is more for Android development than anything else, but still you can get around with some framework tools like PhoneGap.
