In review session link at top to Level being reviewed links to entire course instead of the correct Level

• Description of the issue:
  When reviewing a specific Level in a course there is a link at the top of the review session to that specific Level. But the underlying hyperlink points just to the overall course and not to the specific Level shown. So clicking the link takes you back to the top of the overall course page instead of back to the Level you were reviewing.
  For courses with many levels, when you are trying to review a specific Level or a specific subset of Levels, this is particularly frustrating as you have to scroll down and find the Level(s) you want to review over and over again.
  Plus the hyperlink just doesn’t match the link, which is confusing and frustrating.

  See above… but basically, select a Level in a course, click “Review”, check link in top left corner.
