Guys, I experience an issue that I need your help with.
I have added a column with image files to a language course and I want the images to be displayed after a question is answered correctly. The images are displayed - but you can see only the lower part (see screenshot). This happens with both browsers I use, Chrome and Opera.
Do you have an idea how to solve this? Browser settings, maybe?
I’ve tried all the solutions you listed - unfortunately, the problem perists.
I’ve also tried using two other computers (Windows 10, Chrome and Internet Explorer): same problem.
Enabling Beta does bring a change: Now, no images are displayed at all after successfully answering a question.
To answer your question: The course is indeed meant to test on words/vocabulary, not on pictures. I’d only like to display the pictures after a correct answer, as a memory aid. I think memrise can do this in theory - but I’m not getting it right just now.
Hi @Lukas_Christ, unfortunately it isn’t possible to have an image display after a correct answer. It will only show along with the translation if you get the answer wrong. Can you please confirm the name of the course so I can look into the settings?
You can tick Show After Tests for an image column but it doesn’t get saved.
Always Show does work for the first attribute column and shows the image after the test. But not in the correct position so you’ll only see the lower part of the image at the top of the screen.
@MemriseSupport Ok, thank you! The name of the course is “Italienisch im Restaurant”.
@duaal : I agree, that is exactly the issue I’m experiencing. The “Show After Tests” setting is not saved; if I recall correctly, this was possible in earlier memrise versions.
In conclusion: I’m fine without having the pictures displayed after testing - I just thought there might be an easy fix for this. Thank you for your suggestions
