I'm so aggravated that I paid for a 2 year subsription

I need to talk to a live support representative. So much has gone wrong with memrise and I have another year left on my plan. I lost my post and I can’t type all the stuff out again. TLDR; move my user-decks to decks.memrise.com so i can use the www.memrise.com again and can uninstall that awful app.

Community courses are being moved to the Decks website, which will function pretty much the same way as the current memrise website.

So there is no need to worry about your courses and you can go ahead and uninstall the memrise app if you don’t like it.

A new Decks app for community courses will be coming out at some point.

It still hasnt happened. I spent almost an hour clearing out my usercourses from memrise.com. They’re all gone and I have NONE of them on Decks. The only thing I have on Decks is a literal copy of what’s on Memrise.com. No one is accountable for this corporation. I want a refund for this s***.

You removed your courses and now you wonder why they are gone??? How could memrise migrate non-existent courses to Decks if they weren’t even there? I am afraid you weren’t thinking very logically there, Andrew.

You deleted all your courses and now you’re complaining? Sorry, you can’t be serious.

It’s a strange one, isn’t it? I can only think that the OP misunderstood what was happening with the introduction of the Decks site. That’s really unfortunate but ranting is probably not the best way to go.

@kevin5284 - is there any hope for this user’s courses ( and progress) being recovered or are they lost for ever?
