I didn’t know Memrise was a recurring membership. I’d like a refund
I would guess you may wish to contact Memrise more directly than through the forums. You can do that by scrolling to the bottom of the site and clicking on “Contact Us,” which will take you here. I believe your specific concern would lead you to this page addressing refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee.
If that’s not accurate, I’m sure one of the staff, such as @Joshua, could correct me.
