I want to speak to someone about cancelling

I have emailed a number of times but am getting no reply - it is completely unreasonable that a company has no telephone number. I have contacted you within 14days of my subscription and I wish to cancel and receive my refund. Please can someone contact me? I shall have to pursue legal advice if no contact is made.
