Hey I recently lost my 105 day Memrise streak which meant a lot to me.
I am almost certain that I completed my Memrise goal for Korean yesterday however my streak has been reset. Keeping up my Memrise streak has been a great motivation for me to keep learning and losing the streak is a big deal for me.
I hope someone can do something about it as I’m not really sure who to contact.
What courses are you doing? Are they official memrise courses?
You have posted your thread in the Decks part of the forum, so it would be good to know whether this is the right place for your problem.
I’ve got 2 courses that I have a streak on, and one of them was lost. 250 or so days. This was about 2 weeks ago now so i’m never getting that back. This happened because I was in an area with poor signal and it must of just not synchronized. I’m not that bothered because I still have the other course with a long streak.
