I have a problem with downloading a course on my smartphone

Hi, I have a problem with downloading an English course to my Galaxy S6.
There is an info that the internet connection isn’t good but I have really good wifi and LTE (don’t work on both)
I’m a premium user, the course is: https://www.memrise.com/course/197810/audio-angielski-zaawansowany/
Is that course too heavy to download?

what should I do?

I don’t believe it would be possible for you to download this course. The download is failing due to the course being too large.
