I get error 403 after finishing a lesson

Everytime I finish a lesson, wether it be German or Italian, it comes up with error 403. At first I had thought that it was because my account was not registered, because it says register at the end. So I registered my account, but it didn’t fix the problem. Please fix this, danke.

Check the permissions and also ownership of the file. Generally, 403 means that the web server doesn’t have the rights to read the file and therefore can’t continue the request. The permissions may be set correctly, however the file might be owned by another account on the server - an account that isn’t part of the same group as the account which is running the server.

I am getting the same error this morning, I am playing on PC. After finishing a level, that error appears and any points I have scored during that level are not being added onto my total.

Unfortunately our team are having issues reproducing this. Can you confirm which modes this occurs with (e.g. Learn new words, Classic review etc) and which course?
