I finished A1 spanish and want to continue

What do I do? I love using Memrise, but they sure don’t make it easy to figure out how to continue.
Help please.
Thanks

Memrise alone will not help you continue much. It helps with learning lots of vocabulary, but there is more to learning a language than that. You will have to find some other techniques. Different techniques suit different people. Communicating with a real person is really helpful for me - but that may not suit you. Perhaps try reading some easy texts, or listen to someone talking. This may help you get a feeling for what sounds right and what doesn’t, instead of relying on grammatical rules.

Also, what is the course you’re referring to? I thought Memrise discontinued the A1 courses.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve been doing the official A1 for some time (2 years) now and finally finished. I was hoping for some continuity and just going onto the next course.

I do seek out opportunities to speak with native speakers.

Hi @bnrobert09

The A1 and A2 Spanish courses have been replaced by the Spanish 1-7 courses. There is an explanation from alanh about this and a link: Links to A1 and A2 Spanish by Memrise

Or you can take the new Spanish 1-7 courses.

There is also Spanish (Mexico) for British English speakers: https://www.memrise.com/courses/english/spanish-mexico/
