Hello, tomorrow my account ends with a premium subscription I do not want to be charged the next payment for the next period. I tried to cancel but I always get an error message. My guess is that it is a scam to get money from people who have once agreed to buy a premium subscription.
Hi @Allonek, really sorry to hear that! We tried on our side, and managed to reproduce this. We’ll investigate as to why this is happening.
In the meanwhile, you can cancel your subscription via PayPal directly. Unfortunately, we can’t do this for you.
