I paid for pro membership, but still, all I get for grammar is one lesson.

Apologies for my slow reaction.
(I left Support nearly 2 years ago to focus on internal office operations but still enjoy getting involved when I have the time)

I had a look at your account just now, and all seems to be working as it should. Are you still having trouble?
Your French 7 course has 4 Grammarbot sections:

  • You and me
  • Denial
  • Asking questions
  • Let’s review

If that isn’t the case on your end, please ping me a message specifying the full course title and which platform you use (web, iOS, Android) so we can further investigate the issue.

Thank you very much for your email.

As you said, I’ve got only those ones you mentioned. If that’s all it is there, I am very much disappointed with the whole package. That was the very reason I paid and became a pro member. If the basic rules for tenses, and some other basics are not there, it is a joke to be a pro.

Please don’t take this personally, but, by letting you know what I think, I am hoping the criticism will be conveyed to the right hands.
