I buy pro version in application we say that it is cost 990rub but when I pay from my credit card withdrew 3938 rub. Where am i wrong?

Hi @SergeySkomorohov63 - You are seeing a different price because your GooglePlay Wallet settings are set to USD (another location from the one you are in).
To get the correct price, you need to change your Google Wallet settings to RUB.

but that does not solve the issue of the user. He saw your price/offer, chose that, that but was already charged another, much bigger one. At least this is what I understood it, that a sum 3 times the amount was charged rom his account.

@Hydroptere We emailed @SergeySkomorohov63 directly (via our support channels) to resolve the issue of being charged a higher price. It looks like Sergey is now trying to re-subscribe, but is still being shown the wrong price due to the Wallet settings.
