Hsk 4 - Where are the mems?

I could open individual words and see their mems, for faster learning. But now I cannot see them. I have even subscribed for PRO, but still unable to see mems. I am just 15 days to my hsk 4 exam, and now this worries me completely. Please activate the open Mems viewing. Thank you.

Out of curiosity, which course are you referring to? The BenWhately HSK courses? If so, the blue or the red one?
