HSK 4 BY Ben Whatley problem trying to learn (won't open)

The Memrise application will not open HSK 4 (By Ben Whatley). I think the problem is in section 81 or section 82 near the end of the word list. Please help! I’m all but finished with this HSK 4 word list!

Hi there!

I just tried and it worked for me.
Maybe try opening that section on the website first, learn 2 words and then continue learning in the app.
Let me know if it still doesn’t work.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I’m using the website. On HSK 4 By Ben Whatley in section 81 and I still get the following error. (Could not load the session. Sorry.)

I have completed most of that section, but I cannot finish section 81.

@mtr2015, I think this is a long-standing bug with the Memrise website. Can you try going into the course and trying the levels manually to try to figure out what’s going on?

Thanks for the reply. I have gone to section 81 coountless times as when I load the Memrise website and start HSK 4 By Ben Whatley I always get the same error statement (Could not load the session, Sorry).

When I click on the session title in the “Courses Learned” section and then look at Session 81, I see that all of the words have been learned, however the session will not complete. I have to go to the other courses I have not finished and they will load, score, and complete fine (so far). Anyway, this is just an explanation for the developers to help them help us.

Actually, this has been a bug in Memrise for a long time. The good news is that if you want to keep learning, you can just go to level 82 and click the “learn” button that’s there, which should let you learn words from level 82 and skip whatever problems the site is encountering in level 81.
