How to import gender

Hello everbody,

I am e new and paid user of memrise. I want to import bulk data to the system I am only able to import the words and its definitions. So can somebody tell me how to import gender for instance?

Of course I used the right amount of coloms and i tried different valid file formats.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Remco

For me it works like this:
tabulator divided columns, in this case four of them, namely

Spanisch - German - article - example phrase

It is a simple textfile (word / libreOffice etc. should work), I copy the part I want to paste into the “add bulk” window and paste it there.

Of course you need to have (e.g. four) columns to paste to - but I understood this to be the case.

yes I did. I tried it with the standard colomns and also after adding my own colomns. It simple does not work

And you found this window after clicking “options”?

Did you choose the correct deliminter (e.g. tab or komma?). If so - I can’t imagine what else might go wrong, sorry! Hope someone else has an idea then.
Bulk add is one of my favorite features …

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I am 100% sure the file is tab limited. I tried to import the words in so many ways (different output standards, different software, copy and paste ect. the result is always the same namely:

spanish and translations are imported correctly and only two gender records of 200 in total all imported.

I also send an email to memrise with this same question but they do not respond until know (almost a week ago). I do not know what to do anymore.
