I don’t have the google play installed on my phone, where I can find the apk file so I can side load the application to my phone? Can someone provide me the official link?

Hi,

Usually I recommend ApkMirror for downloading official apps from the Play Store but it looks like it is not there, so you will need to use the Yalp Store (available on F-Droid)

There is no “offical” link and neither Memrise nor DuoLingo directly publish their apk files for direct downloads.
