How do I download another course to my Android?
I am currently learning Hebrew, but when followed the instructions to start another course, Hebrew was not one of the languages listed, which means Memrise Hebrew courses are not available. How can that be, if my phone also lets me learn three other Hebrew courses, if Hebrew is not available? How do I get to my Advanced Hebrew course?

You need to add new cours(es) through the Memrise website. Once you’ve done that they’ll appear in your Android app as well.
As for Hebrew courses, there’s a ton of them. Look here (repeatedly click the “Load more” button at the bottom to see them all):
