How to change username

Hello,

Somehow my ID appears on the forum as “111” how can I change that?

It seems Japanese characters are unsupported in this forum.

@Joshua from the MemRise team is saying your name must be in Japanese characters.

I think you have your MemRise name then a space to type what you want to be called here.

Go to your profile and look at your name and description page and have a look.

Ask if you need help.

Jack Memrise username is ジャック.

Changing your Memrise username will also change your forum username.

Your username must be in English, else it will appear in numbers. Log out and back into the forum for the change to take effect.

Oh that’s why! Thanks I will change it into “Rinseo” hopefully it will work then
