Is there a way to minimize doing grammarbot? It keeps repeating the same lesson with me over and over again

Having the same issue here. Grammarbot keeps coming back again and again on the browser. The same lessons repeat way too frequently. Is there any way to fix this?

The repeating bots seem to be widespread:
Chatbots repeating [British English 2, German 1].
