How do I find out when my account was first created?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to find out when I first started using Memrise through my Google account. I am trying to get an idea of how long I have been learning Japanese. Is there any way to find out the history of my Memrise account? I did not find it in my profile settings.

I recently installed Memrise for fun, but I started using it far more seriously than I anticipated. It has been many days, maybe a couple weeks, and I have no idea when I started. Unfortunately, I have switched phones recently and cannot check the install date on my last phone to find out.

Hi! If you go to your settings (from your icon picture up right corner of Memrise website) and then choose account, then you’ll see when was the first time you joined Memrise only for pro users. It will also show when you went Pro

There is no Account option for non-pros :frowning:

Maybe you could ask some staff member?

@Atikker ~ I believe the “Account” info option is only available on Pro accounts (but I could be mistaken about that).

I took a look at mine and found that I joined 5 years ago tomorrow! Where did the time go to?! :grinning:

This is what I saw when I followed the instructions above, so I can confirm that it does work.

Did Memrise send you an email when you created your account? If it did and it’s still around, that should tell you the date :slight_smile:

I’m disappointed. All my English textbooks would have jumped at this opportunity to use the future perfect, and you wasted it. Is that thing ever used? :slight_smile:

Don’t. They’re dangerous. They might skip lessons and jump ahead.

They might also stub your toe if you drop them.
