How do I contact Memrise for billing complaint?

My credit card was just billed, but I didn’t authorize this recurring purchase. Since the change in Memrise I have not used the app and wish to cancel my subscription and receive a refund. I can’t find any resources in regards to contacting Memrise.

They tried to do the same to me twice in one week. I have to cancel my credit card for it.
How and where i can denunciate?

Recebi duas mensagens do meu cartão de crédito avisando de operações não autorizadas tentando repetir a compra do plano de assinatura do site.

We checked our records and can see that you haven’t been charged. It sounds like there are some issues with your PayPal account. For further details about this, please contact them directly.
