How do I change the volume of the voice?

Hello!

I couldn’t find anything on google, and II can’t find it in the settings either. I want to listen to music while doing memrise, but the voice is way too loud. Even when my music player is maxed. How can I turn down the voiceover voice that narrates the words?

I’m not aware that there’s any way in Memrise to achieve this, so my guess is you’ll have to look for third party software that allows you to control the volume of individual applications.

If you tell us what browser (Chrome? Internet Explorer? Firefox?) and operating system (Windows 7? Windows 10?) you’re using, it might help others to give you an answer.

You could use the ‘Volume Mixer’ feature on Windows to turn Firefox’s audio down or to turn your music player’s audio up. On Windows 8, you can get there by clicking the volume icon in the task tray, then clicking ‘Mixer’. I don’t have any experience with Windows 10, but I assume it’s a similar process.

Edit: It looks like it is a bit different with Windows 10. This article might be of some help.
