Wanting to sign someone else up for the course how can I do this with just a phone number I wanted to be a gift

We would advise you to ask your friend if they let you log in on their account so that you can purchase a subscription with your payment details. 
We offer payment via iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google PlayStore) on mobile, or PayPal and debit/credit card on web (https://www.memrise.com/premium/)
Please note that Memrise (except the Lifetime plan) is a subscription-based service, and will renew automatically unless you cancel it.

Does your friend have a Memrise account? If not, it’s possible to create the account, pay for subscription and send login details to him/her as a present. Your friend still could change password, email, username.

Thank you that’s very helpful but Nike all 72 year olds I think I need to open a company that you lost to them and they do whatever you ask them to do for you I don’t have patience and I’m a so I would never get something done that I don’t know how to do
