How are you? How’s your learning going?

Well, I read many months ago about MemRise in the DuoLingo forum, precisely on that long post suggesting a Cornish (Kernewek) course for that platform. I got tired of waiting over there and that’s why I’m here already enjoying Go Cornish Intro, Go Cornish 1 and Basic Vocabulary.

I will do my best to practice every day and hopefully very soon I can start to catch more when I listen to Radio an Gernewegva and maybe speak it with locals.

I use my phone and I thought I would have access to the botton ‘Immerse-Learn with locals’ but it’s not working. How does it get activated?

Thanks to those who make Memrise possible and also special thanks to those who are putting all their effort together on reviving Kernewek.

The “learn with locals” feature is only available for official Memrise courses (and only a few too). You won’t see it in community courses.
However, looking at the available Cornish courses, I only see community courses.
