hi I have a paid account for a year. I bought a new phone and moved to it in the google play market after that as soon as I go to memeise I wrote that I have not paid.

and i changed my password, but not activated my pro account.

Same issue looks like theres no fucking reps that give a fuck about us LOSSING OUR MONEY AND UNSUBSCRIBING FOREVER AND SWITCHING TO A DIFFRENT FUCKING SERVICE

We checked our records and it seems like you created a new account, as opposed to logging in with your old one.

Can you please sign out of Memrise and then log in with the original details you used to sign up? (email / username and password).

Please note: if you originally signed up via Google, Facebook or Weibo, you will have to log in using these methods instead.
