First off, I’d love to thank @TobyWilsonf40e for creating the Henle Latin 2 course to help us learn and practice vocabulary associated with the second half of the Henle Latin 2 textbook. The course has proved wonders for our students to learn their vocabulary this year.

Also, THANK YOU for including macrons in your vocabulary words! It makes transitioning between courses that require macrons and ones that don’t so much easier to deal with if you just included the macrons along the way.

While working through the levels of the vocabulary words, I have discovered some errors. In some of the verbs the ‘tr’ used for transitive either has a period after it or it doesn’t, this format should remain consistent throughout the vocabulary words because occasionally the quiz pops up with two options for transitive either ‘tr’ or ‘tr.’ and only one of them is correct so students may know the vocabulary well but if they choose the wrong ‘tr’ then they don’t get credit for what they really know. This has happened several times between Lessons 4 and 9 (I’m only up to lesson 9 myself at the moment).

Lesson 1:
crux should also include crucis;
cohors should include cohortis;
cōnsul, cōnsulis,

Lesson 2:
please include the additional info for idoneus, a, um: “w. dative” or "ad w.acc"
proximus, a, um, include “w. dat”

Lesson 3:
pacō should include “1” and “tr” to keep the verb formatting consistent throughout the course

Lesson 4:
remitto should include the macron over the ‘o’

Lessōon 5:
The verb 'sci’ō is misspelled incorrectly as ‘sicō’ and is misspelled throughout on the quizzes.
Recommend spelling out dolor, dolōris since the macron appears in the genitive.

Lesson 6:
noster, nostra, nostrum: the nostra is incorrectly spelled as ‘nosrta’;
recommend distinguishing between recipiō ‘take back’ with ‘recipiō with a reflexive pronoun meaning withdraw or recover’ since they meanings vary so much

Lesson 7:
cōgō–then all four principle parts of the verb are introduced with this verb–should that occur for all of the verbs throughout the text, or should they be included from this lesson forward?

Lesson 10:
praesum is misspelled as preaesum.

Lesson 12:
prōgredior is misspelled as progregior

That’s up to the lesson that we’re currently studying. I’ll keep looking for areas that could be polished as we continue through this course. Thank you for addressing these issues with the course. This course is great! Please don’t take my criticism as something negative, just want to elevate the course to perfection that is absolutely synchronized with the textbook!
