I was informed my subscription has been cancelled in 2020. However, I have been charged in 2021, 2022 and 2023. I’m posting here as I don’t seem to have any other option. I can’t contact Memrise because I don’t have a subscription id (my subscription is cancelled). I have no way of contacting them and no Apple subscription to cancel/no evidence of a subscription. I’m literally just receiving phantom charges at this point with no trace of where they come from.
Looks to me as if you used to have two subs, then one got cancelled. Are you sure there isn’t one active sub remaining?
