Could you please give us more details on this problem? Does that happen only on one specific course or is it happening on all of your courses? If it’s specific, maybe you should copy-paste the link to the course here so other people can check whether they have the same problem or not.
Oh, and also, is this a problem you have on the web version or on a mobile version?
It’s happening on all courses and this is the web version.
I click ‘review’ and will be given 25 questions. After completing them I click ‘review’ again and usually it gives 25 more questions that I have learnt previously. But it’s just giving me the same ones over and over.
I am having the same problem. I’ve switched browsers (from Mozilla to Google Chrome) and it didn’t get fixed. Also I’ve checked 3 different courses of the ones that I’m enrolled in and all three are showing the same problem. (Checked +5000 Most Used Dutch Words; A1 French and EA around the House). I sent an email to Support. Can you tell me if your problem was eventually resolved??

Incidentally I’m a web user. I’ve cleared the cache. I’m using updated Flash Player. The courses I checked where this occurs are +5000 Most Used Dutch Words (Level 13); A1 French (level 3) ; EA around the House (Level 9) and Basic Turkish (Level 13). It occurs after you do Review and then you select Review again. However,in each of these courses over 3 or 4 days, the words have never changed.
I’ve gotten an automated response from memrise and one response from community member who is not experiencing this. This problem started May 28. Is this the normal timespan to get a tech reply?
I am stuck in some sort of groundhog’s day loop. HELP. Just on the verge of renewing my membership and would hate to have to give up on memrise. I need my daily language fix if only to show me how far I still have to go…
How long are you waiting on the “course finished” page? I suppose it’s possible that your answers aren’t getting completely saved before you go to another page.
Would it be possible for you to show us the output from your error console in Chrome or Mozilla Firefox?
Hi, no this hasn’t been resolved. I could start again with a new account but then this might happen again so what’s the point…
